Hunting, and the activities incidental to it — including but not limited to firearm and archery use, tree stand and ladder stand use, ATV and vehicle operation on unpaved roads, and travel through wetland, wooded, and uneven terrain — carry inherent risks of serious injury or death. By entering the Tree Top Hunting lease in Franklin Parish, Louisiana ("the Property"), I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
In consideration of being permitted to access the Property, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, release and forever discharge Tree Top Hunting, its owner, agents, and landowners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of injury, death, or property damage sustained while on or traveling to and from the Property, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
